FORMS!

For Title Transfers:

Use This form if you have lost your title and are selling your vehicle to someone in Washington State.

Title applications must be notarized (or certified by a Washington Licensing Agent/Sub-Agent) after all new registered owners have signed. An un-notarized/certified title application cannot be processed. It is not required that you use this form unless all registered owners to be listed on the new title are unable to be present when the title is transferred. We will fill and print this form, and certify it for you if all new registered owners are present.

Fill out a bill of sale for the transfer of any vehicle or vessel. This will help expedite the process in transferring to the new owner. Washington State requires we document the purchase price of each vehicle either on the "Sales Price" line printed on your title or via this form.

Use this form to document the reason for why a vehicle is sold below it's book value. For instance, you purchased a non-running vehicle for parts for $200 when it's average sales value is $9000. This form explains to the Department of Revenue why we are not collecting taxes on the average value of the vehicle. Please see Use Tax Laws in Washington State for more information.

Report of Sale

Use this form to file a report of sale and keep from being held responsible for the vehicle after the time of sale. You can bring the form to our office or file online using the links on the form.

Disabled Parking Applications may be printed and provided to your primary care physician. They must be either printed by the physician on their prescription paper or accompanied by a prescription for the disabled parking privilege printed on their prescription paper.

Use this form to register your WATV for on-road use. This form must be filled out by a WATV dealer or repair shop to be valid.
